Mobile, AL (October 8, 2025) – Multiple emergency crews responded this evening to a three-vehicle collision at the Walmart located near North University Boulevard in Mobile.
According to dispatch audio from Mobile Fire-Rescue, the crash was reported around 7:26 p.m. local time. One person was found trapped inside a vehicle following the impact. Several responding units were dispatched to assist at the scene.
The crash occurred near the intersection of N University Blvd, Ziegler Blvd, and Overlook Rd. Firefighters and medics worked quickly to free the trapped individual and assess the condition of those involved. At least one person sustained injuries, though the extent of those injuries has not yet been confirmed.
Authorities temporarily blocked nearby lanes while emergency personnel provided aid and cleared debris from the roadway. Tow trucks were later called to remove the damaged vehicles from the area.
