The incident, reported by the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency (ALEA), involved three cars and left three individuals injured, one severely.

According to ALEA, Caleb Falls was driving a 2024 Nissan Sentra southbound on AL HWY 77 when a 2019 Ford Mustang crashed into the rear of the Nissan. The impact caused the Nissan to veer into oncoming traffic, where it collided head-on with a 2015 Toyota Prius.

Emergency crews, including paramedics and fire personnel, were dispatched to the scene. Firefighters assisted in extricating the victims from the wreckage, and paramedics worked quickly to stabilize and transport the injured. The Alabama Highway Patrol and local authorities managed the scene, controlling traffic and ensuring the area was safe for recovery operations.
