Baldwin Co, AL (June 5, 2025) – A 71-year-old woman from Orange Beach died after a crash on Wednesday, June 4, in Baldwin County.

The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency (ALEA) reported that the collision happened at around 10:48 a.m. on S Hickory St. A 2002 Chevrolet S10 driven by Margie J. Roach struck a 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee.

Roach suffered serious injuries and was taken to South Baldwin Hospital. Sadly, she later passed away from those injuries. The driver of the Jeep, identified as 50-year-old Joanna Favela, was involved in the crash. No updates were given on her condition. Authorities have not released details on what caused the crash.
