Dale Co, AL (January 19, 2025) – A fatal car crash occurred on January 17 in Dale County, claiming the life of one man. The accident, reported by the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency (ALEA), happened at approximately 2:20 p.m. on Dale County 21 near Penny Point Rd, just outside of Ozark.

McWhorter sustained injuries and was rushed by ambulance to the hospital for treatment.
