Seale, AL – Fort Mitchell Man Dies in Two-Car Crash on AL-26

Seale, AL (April 7, 2024) – There were fatal injuries after a car accident in the Seale area on Friday, April 5. The fatal crash occurred early that morning around 8:22 a.m. on AL-26 near mile marker 12. Two vehicles collided at the scene. 

Emergency crews were later dispatched to the scene to render aid to the involved parties. According to local reports, 25-year-old Christian Finney of Fort Mitchell was driving a Chevrolet van when he collided with a tractor-trailer. He sustained fatal injuries and was later pronounced dead. The area was temporarily closed while local authorities worked to clear the scene. The circumstances leading to the deadly crash have not been determined. No further information on the accident is currently available. An ongoing investigation into the cause of the crash is being managed by local law enforcement officials.
