Deadly Rollover Accidents in Alabama
A rollover crash can be devastating. When you are traveling in a car and it overturns, it is terrifying, and there is an increased risk of being seriously injured. Despite making up less than three percent of crashes nationwide, rollovers contribute to over 30 percent of roadway fatalities on average. The number of rollover crashes has increased dramatically in recent years, partly due to the increasing popularity of large sport utility vehicles and pickup trucks. These crashes can be caused by driver negligence or inclement roadway conditions. The majority of deadly rollovers involve unrestrained vehicle occupants. A qualified lawyer can help you pursue a wrongful death claim to cover any resulting damages.
Your very way of life will change forever after a deadly crash. You do not want to leave your case to chance, as there is often too much on the line. Even in deadly crashes, there can be financial damages, and these losses often fall on the shoulders of surviving family members. It is not fair to burden those who are already dealing with the loss of a loved one with extra expenses. If another driver’s reckless actions are responsible for the crash, they should be held accountable by pursuing a wrongful death claim.
