Cullman, AL (June 20, 2025) – A tragic head-on collision claimed the life of an 18-year-old motorcyclist on Wednesday, June 18. The deadly crash occurred around 4:34 p.m. on Highway 278, roughly five miles west of Cullman.
According to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency, the teen was riding a motorcycle when he collided head-on with a pickup truck. The impact threw the motorcyclist off his bike. Emergency responders arrived at the scene and pronounced him dead. Authorities have not yet released his name.
The driver of the pickup truck, identified as 29-year-old Cullman resident Cody Still, was involved in the crash. Officials have not reported whether Still was injured.
No other vehicles were involved in the wreck. The cause of the crash remains under investigation by local authorities. More details may be released as the inquiry continues.
