Bullock County, AL (December 10, 2025) – A woman died, and two others were hurt after a three-vehicle crash on Monday, December 8. The collision happened around 7 p.m. on AL Hwy 51 about three miles west of Hurtsboro.

Alabama State Troopers reported that 61-year-old Maria Perez of Columbus, Georgia, drove a small SUV when it collided head-on with a car driven by 64-year-old Eric Ousley of Union Springs. After the initial impact, a second car driven by 23-year-old Kelsey Bozeman of Fitzpatrick struck Perez’s SUV.

Perez died at the scene. Medical crews transported Ousley and Bozeman to Baptist Medical Center South in Montgomery for treatment. Officials have not released updates on their conditions.
