Car Accidents in Mobile
Car accidents are a daily reality in Mobile. Each year, countless residents suffer painful injuries, vehicle damage, and emotional distress after a crash.
Many of these crashes happen because of speeding, distracted driving, or impairment. Even a short lapse in attention can lead to a devastating collision in seconds. Poor road conditions and bad weather can make driving even more dangerous.
Thousands of wrecks are reported each year in Mobile County, and many result in severe injuries. Victims often suffer broken bones, spinal or head injuries, and internal trauma. These injuries can take months to heal and can leave lasting emotional scars.
When someone is injured because another driver acted carelessly, the law allows victims to seek compensation for:
- Medical treatment and rehabilitation
- Lost income or future earning ability
- Pain, suffering, and emotional distress
- Vehicle repair or replacement
Insurance companies often try to limit payouts, offering far less than what victims truly need. A skilled car accident lawyer in Mobile can gather evidence, negotiate on your behalf, and make sure your rights are fully protected.
