Mobile, AL (January 5, 2025) – A fatal crash occurred on Saturday afternoon near the intersection of Airport Blvd and Azalea Rd, leaving one person dead and another injured. The incident was reported by the Mobile Police Department at approximately 3:30 p.m.

The driver, identified as 37-year-old Michael Ficke, was a passenger in one of the cars, which collided with another vehicle at the intersection.
