Mobile, AL (November 11, 2024) – A serious injury car crash occurred on Government Boulevard, west of Aelia Road, involving a Mobile Police Department (MPD) cruiser and at least two other cars. The incident, reported by the Mobile Police Department, took place at approximately 3:30 p.m. on November 10. The collision resulted in significant damage, particularly to the passenger side of one of the civilian vehicles, and nearly caused the MPD cruiser to flip over.
According to Mobile Police, the crash prompted an immediate response from Mobile Fire Rescue, who assisted in extracting the vehicles and securing the area. Two individuals were transported to a nearby hospital for medical treatment, though their current condition is not yet known.
